AirFIBER finds its origin from a Computer Shop in Imus, Cavite utilizing Broadband DSL Internet Connection due to absence of wired-internet services in its area, including that of the major TELCO providers. From its humble beginnings and in its desire to improve Internet service, the computer shop was engaged in various technology first experimenting on Parabolic Antenna which later evolved to radio signal using Ubiquiti Rocket M5 antenna. 
  
     
In 2021, after a year of FOC implementation, AirFIBER acquired the franchise of 1888 Cable TV Network, one of the pioneer Cable TV operation in  Region-II, and revived and rehabilitated its facility, converting their cable tv signal transmission from “Coaxial Cable” to “Fiber Optic Cables” and bundled the Cable TV service as a free or value-added service with AirFIBER Internet. To keep up with the tight competition, AirFIBER opened partnership with private entities together with Dynamic Global Soft Incorporated for selected areas.

Number of devices would most likely rely on the type of activity for which the INTERNET shall be utilized, but on the average, it can accommodate from 10-12 simultaneous connections.

do you have a customer service?
  • We have dedicated and responsive Customer Service (organic) personnel to entertain calls involving inquiries, complaints and feedback available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Text messages received after Office Hours are accommodated the next day.
  • We do not have Customer Service during Sundays but read Text Messages. Response during Sundays is discretionary on our part.

DO YOU DISCONNECT OUTRIGHT IF DUE IS UNSETTLED

We do not immediately DISCONNECT Internet Service, we first send notice via test messages and seek confirmation for settlement of dues.

how to about repair and maintenance ?

We have in-house (organic) Technical Team, which is our advantage over other players. That’s the reason why we can commit to repairs within 24 hours that other TELCO’s cannot provide because they employ “OUTSOURCING SERVICES” or CONTRACTORS to address Repair/Maintenance concerns of the clients.
